Today I wake
With no sun on my face
But today I crave
Banana Pancakes
I look and see rain
On a supposed to be sunny day
But I continue down this way
For Banana Pancakes
Down the road I take
Every step turns to pain
But I still want to taste
Those Banana Pancakes
Each step I ache
Each step is great
But today is the day

Pass the lake
As it rains and rains
Everyday I must taste

Finally I arrive at the gate
My body swells from pain
I reach for my sake

The urge is to great
